  1. By registering for Polo Film Festival tickets, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The Polo Film Festival tickets are not open to employees or contractors of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, each of its agents, employees and distributors or anyone else connected with the draw.
  3. Successful participants registering for Polo Film Festival tickets will receive 2 tickets to a screening night at their allocated cinema.
  4. The screening night will take place either on Thursday 29th October 2009 or Tuesday 3rd November only. No alternative dates are available.
  5. The screened film will be chosen by the promoter and may not be announced until Thursday 29th October 2009.
  6. Participants must be aged 18 or over and a resident in the UK.
  7. Only 1 entry per person is allowed.
  8. Participants and their guests must be aged 18 or over to gain entry to the Film Festival.
  9. No purchase necessary.
  10. No cash alternative is available.
  11. Tickets are subject to availability.
  12. Participating retailers only.
  13. Registration for tickets is available from Tuesday 29th September 2009 until midnight on Sunday 25th October 2009.
  14. Tickets will be posted to the lead contact name at the address stated on the registration form.
  15. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details they provide are accurate for the duration of the promotion.
  16. By registering for Polo Film Festival tickets, participants will be deemed to agree to be contacted by email by Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

T+C's - Online entries for free prize-draw

  1. The Free Prize Draw (FPD) is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over
  2. The FPD is NOT open to employees or contractors of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, each of its agents' employees and distributors or anyone else connected with the draw.
  3. Unsuccessful ticket applicants will be automatically entered into the online FPD and notified at the end of the ticket registration process. All successful ticket applicants will be invited to enter the FPD on the night of the Polo Film Festival.
  4. The FPD start date is Tuesday 29th September 2009.
  5. The online FPD closing date is 25th October 2009.
  6. Only 1 entry per person is allowed.
  7. No purchase necessary.
  8. The FPD will be made on Friday 6th November 2009 and the winner will be informed by Friday 13th November 2009 by either email or telephone.
  9. There is only 1 prize to be awarded. The prize will be awarded to the first name drawn at random from all entries submitted.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to change the prize at any time without prior notice.
  11. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the FPD at any time without prior notice.
  12. The promoter's decision is final on all matters regarding the FPD and no correspondence will be entered into.

  14. By taking part in the FPD participants confirm that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this promotion.

  16. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate for the duration of the promotion.
  17. If the promoter cannot contact the winner within 21 days of the prize draw, the promoter reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner.
  18. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion.
  19. The trip to New York prize consists of (a) BASIC PACKAGE - return flights from London to New York for 2 adults, 3 nights accommodation in a 3* hotel (sharing a twin / double room), return transfers from the airport to hotel and comprehensive travel insurance, plus (b) ADDITIONAL THEMED ACTIVITIES - Cosmopolitans at 230 Fifth with £25 per person drinks allowance, Sex and the City Tour, Cup Cakes at Magnolias Bakery with £25 per person to spend in Magnolias Bakery, Ice Skating at the Rockefeller Centre (December and January only), one personal shopper at Saks Fifth Avenue with £500 spending money, a helicopter flight over New York and 2 tickets to see Mamma Mia at a Broadway theatre (until January 2010) or alternative show thereafter.
  20. The basic package and additional themed activities are valid until September 2010 excluding Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays and are offered on a subject to availability basis. The stay must include a Saturday night.
  21. It is the winners' responsibility to ensure they have valid passports prior to the beginning of their journey.
  22. It is the winners' responsibility to arrange transportation to London and all transfers in the UK.
